The Lefteris Economou Cultural Foundation is launching the online platform interart.cy. The platform is a digital archive of young (under the age of 40) Cypriot artists, curators and art historians who live and work abroad. Through this platform the Cultural Foundation aims to promote, support, and project the cultural creativity through various forms of artistic expressions.
The main objective of interart.cy is to make these artists more widely known to the general public in Cyprus, and to constitute a tool for further communication.
The platform is in the form of a search engine, where all participating artists have their contact information uploaded as well as audiovisual material, and they are sorted into: country / mn. continent and artist category.
Interart.cy was launched on 31 March 2021.
